I know there is a LOT of junk out there... the internet is not policed for truth, just opinion. So when someone takes the time to make a great, succinct video AND tell the real story behind a company's origins, that just thrills me!
Please enjoy this VERY short story... if you would like more detail, her very short autobiography is a wonderful glimpse into the life of a woman who overcame much so that women everywhere could have a better chance!
And if you want even more, check out www.marykayfoundation.org for details about our charitable work, our goals for ending domestic violence and ending cancer, and what we are doing to better communities all over the world!

what is success? an interview...
I watched this clip from Tyler Perry and thought it definitely bore sharing : http://youtu.be/AtzmKazpMd4
He is right! In any industry we work and do due diligence, but often there is something extra... and I think he nails it. We put the excellence out there, and sometimes we will see exponential growth. Other seasons are more slow.

Answering the question...
Recently someone asked my husband if I was closing the studio doors and quitting. My initial reaction was, "What made him think that?" But then I realized that people ask things like that about every business out there at some point. I guess the assumption is that only BIG businesses hang around.
But you know, after I got over that moment of funny, I realized my real reaction: "No! I can't! I don't have time. I have clients to take care of, orders to fill, and so much more to learn and take back to my business team." It was as clear as day: my purpose in my work is as fulfilling to me as it is helpful to those with whom I work. Awesome sauce!
So hey, if you were wondering... maybe I typo-ed or put something unclear on Facebook one day?-- The doors to my studio are wide open and ready to continue serving you for the duration!
